Office Manager

JoseAnn NgFan has been the Office Manager for Disability Insurance Law Group since January 2016; she oversees the day-to-day administrative functions of the firm operations where her diverse responsibilities include overseeing the firm’s payroll, benefits, billing and bookkeeping functions she also serves as a liaison with the office services, information systems and marketing. Her varied professional experiences include working in the airline industry before migrating to the US from Trinidad in 1995 then running a business alongside her husband for several years. She started as an Office Manager with a Personal Injury Law Firm 9 years ago and earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Florida International University while working.

She is a mom to 3 grown kids and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling.
